Archaeological reconstruction research at the Botai settlement in 2022

As part of the program-targeted funding of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2022, the Botai Museum-Reserve conducted archaeological research at the Eneolithic settlement of Botai, during which three housing structures with hearth zones and utility pits were investigated. In the article, the authors presented the results of archaeological research, including an analysis and description of the characteristics of the discovered stone implements of the ancient Botai, fragments of pottery, bone tools, as well as the results of geomagnetic studies previously carried out in collaboration with foreign researchers from Lithuania, France, and Great Britain.
