Comparative analysis of coins of the early medieval centers of coin production in Semirechye

The early medieval coin complex of Semirechye and the history of monetary circulation on the territory of the Chui and Talas valleys have been studied since the end of the 19th century. The absence of the date and place of their manufacture on the coins still gives rise to various versions about their origin. To solve this problem, statistical processing of the collected material is proposed. the research is based on the idea that coins issued for local circulation are concentrated in the places where they are produced.
