The article publishes the materials of the excavations of recent years, which were the citadel of the settlement, primarily the palace complex – the «Big House». During the three seasons of field research, the premises and the section of the bypass corridor in the north-western part of the building were partially opened. In 2022, work on this facility was continued. The excavation was expanded in a southerly direction. As a result of the work carried out on this site of the excavation, it was possible to reveal the layout of three relatively different construction horizons. Also, the study of the urban development of the «Shakhristan» settlement of Babish-mola was started. In the course of the research, a few, but quite expressive archaeological complex was obtained, mainly fragments of ceramics, on the basis of which the lifetime of the monument can be tentatively dated within the 3rd–2nd centuries BC.
