Relations between the Author and the Publisher
The relationship between the author and the publisher of the materials of the conference "Margulan Readings" is regulated by these conditions:
The "Margulan Readings" conference does not charge a fee for the submission, processing, or publication of articles. Publication of articles within our conference is absolutely free of charge.
By submitting an agreement to the editorial office, the author (including on behalf of co-authors) automatically creates a public offer contract with the publisher, which means full and unconditional acceptance of the publication conditions and regulates the copyright relationship between the author and the publisher. Unspecified conditions are regulated by additional agreements.
The conference editorial office complies with the copyright law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and relevant international agreements. Authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for the publication of materials used in the article. Confirmation of rights to use materials for publication is recorded in the agreement with the author.
By submitting an article to the conference editorial office, the author (including co-authors) grants the publisher a non-exclusive right to use the scientific work created by the author, both in printed and electronic forms, for the duration of the copyright as provided by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the following rights:
4.1. Reproduction of the scientific work (publication, disclosure, duplication, replication, or other reproduction of the article) in the materials of the "Margulan Readings" conference, with a limitation on the print version circulation – 200 copies of the corresponding issue of the conference materials, but without a time limitation for the electronic version of the article or conference.
4.2. Free distribution of the article or its individual part (metadata) on any medium worldwide as a separate work and/or as part of the conference materials (printed and/or electronic version), and/or databases of the publisher or other persons, at the discretion of the publisher of the "Margulan Readings" conference.
4.3. Storage, processing, and use of metadata (title of publication, author(s) full name, abstract, bibliographic materials, etc.) by distributing, making it available to the general public, processing and systematizing, and also including it in various databases and information systems, including those with restricted (paid) access.
The "Margulan Readings" conference may grant the right to a third party to republish if permission is obtained from the author of the corresponding material. If the author denies permission to a third party, the conference editorial office acts in accordance with the author's decision.
The territory where the rights to the article may be used is not limited.
The publisher reserves the right to make changes to the publication conditions in the conference materials unilaterally.
The author has the right to freely use the published material and republish it in any other editions. However, they must not violate the rights of the "Margulan Readings" conference, indicating the place of the first publication of the material.
In the event that the article is translated by the publisher from a foreign language into Russian, the author is entitled to freely use the original article in English or another language and publish it in any other editions, but only after the article is published in Russian in the materials of the "Margulan Readings" conference, with an indication of the place and language of the first publication.
The author is not restricted from placing a copy of the material published in the conference materials in electronic databases and personal internet resources, provided the place of the first publication of the material is indicated.
