Abstract

The article presents the results of the 2023 archaeological research of the Akbauyr 1 settlement. Fieldwork focused on studying the interior and exterior spaces of dwellings No. 4 and 6, revealing their functional features. Menhirs and a stone with a tamga were discovered in the southeastern part of the settlement, along with ore beneficiation furnaces and metal smelting furnaces. The archaeological material obtained indicates that, in addition to metallurgy, activities such as stone processing, leatherworking, and ceramic production workshops were widespread.
